2. Information We May Process / 我们可能处理的信息
- Profile information: gender, age, birth date, height, weight and lifestyle labels that users enter in the app.
- Health-related records: blood pressure, glucose, uric acid, ketone, lipids, body temperature, blood oxygen, ECG, activity, diet and other measurement records supported by the app.
- Device information: device name, serial number or device code, Bluetooth connection status, pairing status, measurement source and sync time.
- App operation information: language, app version, device platform, error logs or diagnostic information if needed to provide support.
- Contact information: email address, phone number, message content and related support information when users contact us.

3. Permissions / 权限说明
- Bluetooth: used to scan, pair and connect compatible health monitoring devices and receive measurement data.
- Location on older Android versions: older Android versions may require location permission for Bluetooth scanning. Folink does not use this permission to track real-time location.
- Camera, if QR-code scanning is enabled: used only to scan device QR codes for device binding.
- Local storage: used to save app settings, local profile data and measurement records on the user's device.

4. How We Use Information / 使用目的
- Provide health record, measurement history and device connection functions.
- Display trends, summaries, categories and local reminders inside the app.
- Respond to support, privacy and data deletion requests.
- Maintain app security, troubleshoot problems and improve app reliability.
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory and app store requirements.
5. Storage and Sharing / 保存和共享
Current Folink functions are designed primarily around on-device health records and device connection. If cloud account, backup, analytics or crash reporting services are introduced, we will update this policy and disclose the relevant data practices before or when those functions are made available.
We do not sell personal health information. We do not use health-related records for advertising, marketing profiles or unrelated data mining.

6. Third-Party Service Providers / 第三方服务
The app may use operating system services such as Apple Bluetooth frameworks, Android Bluetooth APIs and device camera APIs. If future versions integrate analytics, crash reporting, login, payment, cloud backup or AI services, the applicable third-party providers and data categories will be disclosed in this policy and in the relevant app store privacy forms.
7. Retention / 保存期限
Locally stored records remain on the user's device until the user deletes them or uninstalls the app, subject to device backup settings controlled by the operating system. Support emails and privacy requests are retained only as long as necessary to respond, maintain records of the request and comply with legal obligations.
8. Security / 安全措施
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by Folink. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so users should protect their device, app access and backup accounts.
9. Children's Privacy / 儿童隐私
Folink is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. Children should use the app only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
10. Your Choices and Rights / 用户权利
- Review or delete records inside the app where the feature is available.
- Revoke permissions through system settings.
- Request support, correction, deletion or explanation by contacting us.

Folink is a health record and wellness tracking tool. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring or clinical decision tool. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be posted on this website.
