Data Deletion / 数据删除说明

Users can delete local records in the app or request assistance by contacting us.

1. Local App Data / 本地应用数据

Current Folink functions are designed primarily around local health records and device connection. Users may remove app data by deleting records inside the app where available, clearing app storage through system settings, or uninstalling the app.

当前 Folink 福联主要以本地健康记录和设备连接为主。用户可以在应用内删除可删除的记录,或通过系统设置清除应用数据,也可以卸载应用以移除本地应用数据。

2. Account or Cloud Data / 账号或云端数据

If a future version of Folink offers account, cloud backup or server-side storage features, users may request deletion of account data or server-side data by emailing us.
